Michigan State University President Lou Anna K. Simon and Spartans Athletic Director Mark Hollis talk with MSU hockey coach Tom Anastos and MSU Museum director Gary Morgan.

“My mind is racing as we get ready for Big Ten hockey,” Anastos tells Simon and Hollis. ““It’s going to be an incredible challenge, and Big Ten hockey can’t come soon enough.”

MSU will seek to retain in-state rivals on its non-conference schedule while developing series with high-profile national programs, too, Anastos says.

Morgan visits to tell Simon and Hollis about the MSU Museum‘s “Detroit Resurgent” exhibit, opening this month on campus before moving to the MSU Detroit Center next spring.

Morgan says the photographic exhibit is about the people of Detroit and focuses on 62 people who represent all facets of the Motor City.

“I love Detroit,” says Australian native Morgan. “It’s got so much energy and palpable vitality to it.”
