During Homecoming Week this year, Sept. 28 –Oct. 3, MSU will no doubt shine.

Quite literally, as it has for the past several years, due to various buildings across campus sporting special green light bulbs – part of the Glow Green homecoming tradition.

But shining brightest? That’ll be the Spartans – their achievements, skills, passions and the impact they’ve made.

This year’s homecoming theme “Spartans Take the World Stage” recognizes all that Spartans have accomplished on a variety of stages.

Acclaimed orchestrator and arranger and 1955 MSU graduate, William Brohn, is this year’s homecoming grand marshal.

For those making their way back to East Lansing for Homecoming 2015, and want to know what’s happening that week, including parade and football game information, visit homecoming.msu.edu.

Jennifer Orlando talks with homecoming committee chairperson Regina Cross; homecoming court advisers, Natisha Foster and Krysta Coleman; and two of the 10 Homecoming Court ambassadors, seniors Nate Strauss, a comparative cultures and politics and journalism major from Farmington Hills; and Kenny Williams, communication major from Detroit.
